1. What does the Drake mean to you?

Drake means a place where ideas brew always with an eye to reinvent and define even if that means travelling the road less travelled.

2. How does working at the Drake inspire you to follow your dreams?

Working with all the different people that make up Drake inspires me to follow my dreams - everyone has a unique story, which inspires me to stay true to my own.

3. What do you love most about what you do?

I love discovering new talent and in some cases, bringing the work to a new audience.

4. How do you feel when others get inspired by your work?

I think people get inspired by the talent we showcase rather than my work itself.

5. Why do you wake up and do what you love?

Because I have an insatiable desire to see new things.

With so many ways to influence these days - I think learning to filter is key for me in order to improve my work.
