The Drake is a community of creative culture seekers who trust one another and who trust us as a company. We take our guest's privacy and security very seriously. We do not sell or share our guest’s personal information. Whenever you provide personal information, we will treat that information in accordance with this policy, current Canadian Data Protection legislation and Internet best practices.
By using our website, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information by us in to the manner set out in this privacy policy. Changes to this policy will be posted on our website.

We may collect personal information from you including, without limitation, non-public information about you that helps DHP identify you, such as first and last name, email address, home and business addresses, telephone numbers, billing information, credit card information, reservation and stay information, travel agency information, guest preferences, social media usernames, and other non-public information. *As a regular hotel guest of DHP you have the opportunity to belong to its loyalty program, ‘With Drake’. ‘With Drake’ is designed to deliver a higher level of personalization and service, additional personal information will be required. Membership is voluntary.
**You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided on every e-mail message and you will no longer receive e-mail offers and promotions for the specified subscription or website, as the case may be. You may at any time in the future opt-in to receive e-mail offers. Unsubscribe instructions are also included in each of our marketing communications emails.
***This information provided to will be used solely for the purpose of recording your comments, communicating with you in respect of them, reviewing them with the subject hotel and hotel personnel, for the purposes of recognizing employees for excellence of service delivery and for developing improvements in service delivery.

▪ Personal information may be shared with a third party retained by DHP to perform functions on its behalf such as reservations handling, data processing or storage, guest surveys or research.
▪ Personal information may be shared with an agent retained by DHP to evaluate a customer's creditworthiness or in order to collect a customer's account.
▪ Personal information may be shared with a public authority or an agent of public authority if in the reasonable judgment of DHP it appears that there is an imminent danger to life or property which could be avoided or minimized by disclosure of the information, or which disclosure is compelled by legal authority.
Any such disclosure of a guest's personal information by DHP to a third party will be made only on a confidential basis conditioned upon the information being used only for the purpose for which it has been disclosed.
