For those that prefer dining in style over a madcap dance party, the Drake One Fifty culinary team, headed up by Jon Pong (chef de cuisine) and Anthony Law (executive sous chef) have pulled out all the stops for a gourmet NYE. Guests can choose between two indulgent prix fixe dinners – a four course option for $75 per person, and a six course feast for $125 per person.

4-COURSE SEATED DINNER / @6PM, 6:30PM, 7PM_$75.00 per person (plus tax and gratuity)

AMUSE:

Oyster with Riesling jelly

OR

Walnut toast w/ spiced sweet potato hummus + beets


FIRST:

Salmon Tataki

Pistachio gremolata, blood orange confit + blood orange and beet reduction, sumac spiced wild rice

OR

Grain Salad with Cendrillon,/p> Quinoa, faro, barley and shaved vegetables + avocado dressing


SECOND:

Gnocchi

Truffle butter, duck prosciutto, brandy poached pears, treviso

OR

Mushroom Risotto

Foie cream, saute wild mushrooms, porcini powder + herb salad


THIRD:

Duck Breast

Seared duck magret, curry cauliflower puree, roasted sunchokes with honey & orange + hazelnuts

OR

Black Cod

Maple glazed seared cod, turnip cream, roasted cippolini, roast red pepper puree + Aleppo chili flakes


DESSERT:

House-made pastry

AND

Mignardise, pate de fruit & truffles

Rabbit Porchetta

Bacon wrapped rabbit and pork stuffed porchetta, watercress and baby kale salad + mushroom vinaigrette & persimmons

Each dinner comes with a glass of sparkling wine, and of course, live entertainment with Northern Soul Horns from 7-10PM, followed by Famous Players kicking things up a notch to ring in 2015.
