After months of planning, taste testing and innovative experimentation, our Corporate Executive Chef Ted Corrado has completely revamped the culinary program at Drake. Our new dinner menu is playful, interactive and diverse... not to mention drool-worthy. The new sharing plates style shifts the focus from robust single mains to a more communal dining experience, allowing each of our guests to try many dishes. Chef Corrado has elevated our comfort food classics and incorporated contemporary flavours that will entice and excite even the most jaded foodie. Hungry yet?

Our favourite dishes include 3 day beef short rib (with charred green onion, red potatoes, crème fraîche, $26), charred octopus (with fingerling potatoes, roasted peppers, sun dried black olives, $15), poached salmon (with Ontario asparagus, brussels sprouts, soy beans, hollandaise sauce and radishes, $24) and fried chicken (served with Jalapeno corn bread, smoked potato salad and honey, $23).
