    CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in any time after 3PM; check-out at 11AM. Need an extra-long sleep-in? A late check-out fee applies to all late check-out requests and are subject to availability. 

    ABOUT YOUR BOOKING: All reservations require a valid credit card to guarantee a stay at time of booking. We reserve the right to place a hold on the credit card for any pre-emptive charges prior to or on the day of arrival. We require a personal credit card at the time of booking and a matching government-issued photo I.D. to be presented upon check-in for payment. 

    CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy varies seasonally. For stays between April 1st to October 31st changes or modifications before 3 pm, 14 days prior to arrival are permissible without penalty. For stays between November 1st to March 31stchanges or modifications before 3 pm, 48 hours prior to arrival are permissible without penalty. The full amount of your stay, room + tax, will be charged at the cutoff date (14 days/48 hours prior to your arrival date, or at the time of booking for stays booked within the cancellation period). Cancellations outside these dates will be charged the full amount of the deposit. This cancellation policy is also in effect for changing dates or total number of nights within a confirmed reservation.

    PRE-PAID + NON-REFUNABLE BOOKINGS: Pre-paid reservations will be charged the full cost of the reservation within 24 hours of making the reservation. If payment is unsuccessful within 48 hours of making the reservation, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Date changes to the reservation are not allowed. Cancellation will result in forfeiture of the prepayment. The credit card used at the time of making the reservation must be valid for the entire stay.

    ALL HOTEL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING: We have a strict non-smoking policy. If you smoke in your room at any time during your stay, a fine of $250 per day will be applied to your bill. Smoking is not permitted in the lobby or in the bar/dining areas.

    PARKING: Complimentary parking for the Motor Inn is accessible from 266 Wellington Main Street, not from Wharf Street. The parking lot is located just past Midtown Brewery with the elevated section reserved for guests of the Inn. A parking pass will be located in your guest room; please ensure it is displayed when parking in our lot during this stay. Vie

    PETS: Drake Motor Inn is a dog-friendly location, with 1 dog permitted per room. Kindly register your pet in advance. Pets are subject to a $65/day housekeeping fee, as well as an additional deposit for damages at the time of booking. Your room will be fitted with a pet bed for your canine companion and a HEPA air filter for you during your stay. Please note that pets cannot be left unattended in guest rooms unless they are crate-trained and are not permitted in common areas or at Drake Devonshire. Pets must be leashed while on motel property and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

    GETTING HERE FROM TORONTO/GTA: From the 401 East, take exit 522 Wooler Rd/County Rd 40 in Quinte West. Turn right onto Wooler Rd/County Rd 40 (signs for County Road 40S/Wooler Rd S). Turn right onto Loyalist Pkwy/County Rd 33 (signs for Picton)
    Continue to follow County Rd 33. Immediately after the traffic light in Wellington turn left into Midtown Brewing Company where the Motor Inn parking is located in the back.

    GETTING HERE FROM KINGSTON, OTTAWA, MONTREAL: From the 401 West, take exit 566 Tyendinaga/ON-49 S. Continue on ON-49 S until it merges with Loyalist Pkwy/County Rd 33 (signs for Picton). Continue to Follow County Rd 33 (signs for Wellington). Immediately before the traffic light in Wellington turn right into Midtown Brewing Company where the Motor Inn parking is located in the back.

    OPEN KEY APP: Using the Open Key App, you can access your room using our exclusive self-service key code technology on the day of arrival. Download in advance here. The phone number we have on file will receive the day prior to your arrival with a link to download the Open Key mobile app. This app will allow you to use your phone in place of a key card to access your room. Your phone must be Bluetooth enabled. Follow the prompts to access your key, then hold your phone against the door lock. Count to three until the green check mark appears on the app. If you accidentally lock yourself out at any time you can text the desk for assistance.
