HIIT Pilates (High Intensity Interval Training) is a high energy, low impact workout that’s accessible to everyone. We use pilates principles to tune into the body and work with precision to create long, lean muscles, while adding cardio to get the heart rate up and the sweat rolling. Mats will be available for rent ($2 each) + get 15% OFF brunch after each class!
