Unwind from the weekend – and get ready for the week ahead with this restorative class focused on returning back to a place of stillness and peace within the body and travelling to the mind and soul. Live musician will accompany this class to bring you into a deeper state of being. BYOM (&P) – Bring your own mat (& props – if you like).
