Middy is an open-format DJ whose best known in Toronto for his monthly party #TrapLuv; playing hip-hop, dance, and moombahton. Working in dance television throughout his early 20s inspired him to interview DJ's while traveling to Miami and Amsterdam, where he embraced the culture and watched how some of his favourite artists work the stage and control a crowd.

His first taste of DJ'ing started in Cabo, Mexico, where he played multiple private parties at local venues. Shortly after, he decided to return to his hometown to pursue DJ'ing full time. The crowds always love his energy and taste in music, which has helped build his name and play at Toronto venues such as Ace, Everleigh, Lavelle, F-Stop, Brassaii, Wildflower and Pacific Junction Hotel, to name a few.
