From recording cassette tape playlists for his grade-school dances, to traveling all over the world as an OVO tour DJ for Majid Jordan, DJTJ brings his infectious energy to any crowd. Behind the decks, his diverse influences range from ‘90s RnB and Hip Hop to South American and Island sounds. His contagious presence and eclectic taste in music has earned DJTJ an active rotation between many Toronto west-end gems including The Libertine, Apartment 200, Cold Tea, Churchill, Oak Island and Man of Kent. In addition to touring as a DJ, he holds several engineering credits on albums by Drake, DVSN and Majid Jordan. Currently, DJTJ is co-founder of 20/20—an upcoming collective of local creatives.
