LEAH PHILLIPS is a mixed media textile artist from Halifax, Nova Scotia. Using nature as inspiration, she creates whimsical pieces that pull audiences into imaginary worlds and evoke feelings of nostalgia for childhood. Phillips’ large scale textile installation Liminal Lily delves into the ethereal realm, drawing inspiration from the enchanting singing flowers found in Alice in Wonderland’s whimsical universe.
