CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in any time after 3PM; check-out at 11AM. Need an extra-long sleep-in? A late check-out fee applies to all late check-out requests and are subject to availability. Light sleeper? E-mail or call us to request a quieter room and we will try our very best to accommodate.

ABOUT YOUR BOOKING: All reservations require a valid credit card to guarantee a stay at time of booking. We reserve the right to place a hold on the credit card for any pre-emptive charges prior to or on the day of arrival. We require a personal credit card at the time of booking and a matching government-issued photo I.D. to be presented upon check-in for payment. Any additional charges to the credit card may occur post your stay related, but not limited to, smoking, pets, noise complaints, minibar consumption, nonregistered guests, and damage to our build.  Please refer to our terms and conditions for more detail or contact the hotel at 416-531-5042 to speak with our Front Desk team.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Effective July 1, We require 72 hours' notice prior to check-in time (before 3PM) in order to avoid a cancellation charge in the amount of one night's stay. This 72-hour policy is also in effect for changing dates or total number of nights within a confirmed reservation and does not apply to prepaid or non-refundable reservations.

PRE-PAID + NON-REFUNABLE BOOKINGS: Pre-paid reservations will be charged the full cost of the reservation within 24 hours of making the reservation. If payment is unsuccessful within 48 hours of making the reservation, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Date changes to the reservation are not allowed. Cancellation will result in forfeiture of the prepayment. The credit card used at the time of making the reservation must be valid for the entire stay.

REGISTERED GUESTS: Only registered hotel guests (2) are permitted in your room after 11PM. All non-registered guests may be asked to leave the hotel rooms/hallways after midnight. We also ask that you are considerate of your neighbors and keep noise at acceptable levels. Noise issues are subject to eviction. If you're seeking a post-midnight party, it can usually be found somewhere else in the building!

PARKING: Book in advance for $25/day. Enquire with the Guest Services to reserve your spot at GuestServices@thedrakehotel.ca. Spots are limited. Additional parking is available directly across the street from the hotel in a city-run lot at 45 Abell st. (Carpark 261).

ALL HOTEL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING: We have a strict non-smoking policy. If you smoke in your room at any time during your stay, a fine of $250 per day will be applied to your bill. Smoking is not permitted in the lobby or in the bar/dining areas.

PETS: Although we love animals, we are not able to welcome any furry friends or animals of any kind on the premises outside of our patio spaces.

ACCESSIBILITY: The Drake Hotel is historic building, and all Classic Wing guest rooms are accessible by stairs. Rooms in our Modern Wing are accessible by elevator.
