Joshua Rille is an emerging non-binary visual artist hailing from Wetaskiwin, AB now based in Toronto. Their experience of being the only out individual in their small town has inspired them to cultivate a deep desire for genuine care and connection. Joshua's current practice focuses on capturing and celebrating intimate moments within the queer community, which authentically ground the viewer in their version of the queer present.

The core of their work lies in documenting and archiving realities and resistance, which is essential for shaping a vision of queer futures and encouraging the imagination of what lies ahead.
