Just back from The Far East, Christina Veira is going to lead a fun seminar on the history, production + different styles of that mysterious (to us) spirit known as Shochu. This will include tasting a selection of Shochu from a mix of what she brings back from Japan & what is available in the LCBO. It promises to be a fun & informative session!
