The Mooks are an exhilarating, yet sincere rock and roll band from the heart of Toronto. Led by Mookie Morris on guitar and vocals, and joined by Owen Norquay on bass and Luis Figueroa on drums. 

Their sound has been described as a combination of swooning melodies, scrappy rhythm sections and shimmering guitars. Their influences range from Roy Orbison, The Zombies, Velvet Underground, 70s Lennon, Talking Heads, Modern Lovers, Oasis, and Spoon.
