    Join Drake Chefs from the present + past including Ted Corrado, Alexandra Feswick, Cory Vitiello and Anthony Rose for a one-night-only, 5 course, forward-thinking culinary feast.

    The drinks reception starts at 7PM, with a complimentary welcome cocktail courtesy of The Spirit of York, run by one of The Drake Hotel's spirited alumni. To eat, have some sushi to start by Michi Tanaka + passed bites by Renne Bellefeuille + Grant Parry, including a Chicken + Waffle Bite and Prosciutto with Grilled Pineapple.

    1st Course: Flambé Prunes with Cold-Roasted Foie Gras by Chef Anthony Rose + Corporate Chef Darren Glew ** 2nd Course: Wagyu Cheeseburger Pie with "Kev-chup" by Chefs Chris Sanderson + Kevin Gilmour ** 3rd Course: Braised Smoked Rabbit Cavatelli by Chefs Corey Vitiello + Nick auf der Mauer ** 4th Course: Smoked Duck with Caulilini, Pecans + Persimmon by Corporate Executive Chef Ted Corrado + Chef Justin Smillie ** 5th Course: Lamb Saddle with artichokes, Lamb + White Anchovy Croquette, Grilled Cabbage, Plum Puree + Chimichurri by Executive Chef Alexandra Feswick + Chef de Cuisine Zachary Albertsen ** To finish, pastries by Chef David Chow.
