On March 26, join us at Drake Devonshire for a wellness experience created by Aime Loga for young Drakes (14-18) seeking to explore mindfulness, meditation and learn how to nurture their well-being. A holistic half-day where attendees will leave with a sense of calm, happiness and confidence. 

Please note that this event is design for young females between the ages of 14-18.

Amie Loga An Entrepreneur, Certified Life Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Wellness Retreat Hostess and Sound Bath Healer. Her passion is mentoring and empowering young women to be the best versions of themselves. She is driven to help them reach their full potential so they can live healthier and happier - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Her work is devoted to sharing her wisdom, tools, practical exercises and resources that will help young women work on the inside out! Since moving to Prince Edward County, she has expanded her services to men and women interested in wellbeing and rejuvenation.
