In this workshop hosted by Aime Loga, guests will surround themselves with a collective of empowering friends bathed in blissful sound.

Nurture your mind, body, and soul with a Sunday morning meditative experience. Songs of gongs, the vibrancy of quartz, singing bowls and chimes are all included. 

All proceeds will benefit Reaching for Rainbows, a local organization that provides girls with a safe space to find friendship, belonging and a sense of self in Prince Edward County.
