LA native Lorely Rodriguez, also known as Empress Of, emerged from a family of Honduran immigrants, immersing herself in the vibrant sounds of Latin America, Mexico, and El Salvador, as well as the rhythmic beats of her family's homeland. Her musical upbringing was marked by the infectious energy of dance-worthy rhythms, pulsating drums, and deep bass lines.
