Learn how to break down a pig and make fresh sausages, ferment a batch of kimchi, or make your own beautiful chocolate bars. Plus you get to eat what you make! This is what Oprah would call an A-Ha moment. Cook, eat, repeat. Trista Sheen was the opening chef at Bar Begonia and appeared on Top Chef Canada All Stars before joining the George Brown Culinary Team as an instructor.
