The Corner Market hosted by Kris Lodu (They/Them) and Mel Lodu (She/Her) is a Queer-run art market showcasing emerging artists in Canada. The Corner Market features a wide range of artists specializing in art, prints, ceramics, jewelry, clothing, home decor, bouquets, and more.

Kris and Mel are both artists, Kris Lodu (@Krislodu_art) specializes in acrylic/gouache paint and digital art. Their art focuses on the human form in its many representations and explores themes of vulnerability, identity, gender, and sexuality as they relate to self-image. Mel Lodu (@mel_lodu) creates artwork that reflects life experiences—exploring feelings of isolation, the mundane, and the body in the form of portraiture.
