Join Carol Selby-Reed from Around the Board for a Charcuterie Workshop. The class is all about building the graze itself. Carol will teach the art behind the charcuterie board and demonstrate how to incorporate proper meat, style cheese, choose ingredients etc.  All ingredients are provided for the event and each attendee leaves with a charcuterie arrangement in a bakery box that they prepared.
