The restaurant itself was designed by Martin Brudniski Design Studios. Martin is based out of London in the UK and his design style is very familiar if you take a look at his website: www.mbds.com Marking his first major project in Canada, the Studio was asked by Jeff Stober to design the Drake’s first stand alone restaurant, Drake One Fifty. Located in the heart of Toronto’s Financial District, Martin Brudnizki Design Studio worked with local craftsmen and suppliers to create an original environment that fuses together sophisticated features and unique details. Merging elements of high and low design and further enhancing Drake One Fifty’s diversity, the restaurant is an imaginative and eclectic space.
