Evening Shadows and a Skittish Whisper presents ceramic reproductions of items commonly provided to hotel guests — toothbrushes, soaps, slippers — framing a viscerally sensuous painting of hands grasping sheets in the dark. This intimate moment washed in the soft glow of red neon creates a uniquely distinct sense of place.
