    Dreamed up by bartender Sandy De Almeida, this rum-based take on a Negroni has become a go-to favourite for cocktail lovers across the city — and also happens to be the perfect festive tipple to share with friends this holiday season.     Cocktail Recipe: The Departed

    Equally delicious in cold weather or hot, The Departed is the perfect drink to kick off a night on the town or to fuel a late-night gab sesh with friends.   

    Ingredients:

    • 1 oz El Dorado 12-year-old Guyanese Rum
    • 1 oz Campari
    • .5 oz Emmascarado 45 Mezcal
    • .75 oz Averna Amaro
    • 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

    Method:

    • Serve over ice with an orange zest garnish.
