After months of planning, taste testing and innovative experimentation, our Corporate Executive Chef Ted Corrado has completely revamped the culinary program at Drake. Our new dinner menu is playful, interactive and diverse... not to mention drool-worthy. The new sharing plates style shifts the focus from robust single mains to a more communal dining experience, allowing each of our guests to try many dishes.
