Situation-specific work by architecture and design studio Pedro&Juana illuminates the space

As the exclusive caterers of Power Ball XIX's VIP party, the Drake Catering team looked no further than the theme of the evening for inspiration. With a situation-specific work by architecture and design studio Pedro&Juana illuminating the space, Stereo Vision played into the dualities that live within exciting flavour profiles and the exponential opportunities for an innovative culinary experience. Guests dined on uniquely curated bites like fresh Hamachi topped with hacho miso + nori cotton candy that was naturally minted with a matcha hue, duck confit beignets, sweet olive pincho w/ rasberry + chocolate, parsnip + rosemary ice cream, lobster deviled egg w/ tobiko + chive and other surprise filled delights.

What would a Drake party be without a fully decked out bar with carefully crafted cocktails and our best bartenders shaking things up? Our featured drink was aptly named "Stereo Vision," after the evening's theme and living up to the Drake experience, not only tasted delicious but wowed guests with a stirring colour change.

It was only the beginning of the Power Plant's biggest party of the year, but it went off with a bang!
