Terroir Symposium
May 29
Chefs from all of our Drake locations came together to cook at this year's Terroir Symposium at the Art Gallery of Ontario. They served mushroom and pineapple poke with sushi rice and celeriac chips and shucked delectable Oyster Boy oysters. Alongside other culinary innovators, The Drake welcomed Terroir delegates from all over the world to celebrate 150 years of Canada!

Power Ball XIX
June 1
As the exclusive caterers of The Power Plant's Power Ball VIP party, the Drake Catering team looked no further than Pedro&Juana's situation-specific work that illuminated the space. See how the theme, "Stereo Vision," played into the evening's menu in our full recap here!

Field Trip
June 3 + 4
What's summer without a music festival? Drake Catering curated the VIP area and fed the musicians with rock star quality dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

A Farms for Change Fundraiser
June 10
Cooking for a good cause is music to our ears. This year, Chef Alexandra Feswick will be serving vegan friendly banh-mi with tofu and 100KM Foods greens and sprouts on donated Ace Bakery baguettes.

Taste of Toronto
June 15-18
We're strong believers in "Friends Who Feast" and we couldn't be more excited to join Taste of Toronto for another year of great food. Proclaimed as the world's greatest restuarant festival, we'll be joining pals like Kanpai Snack Bar, Pray Tell, Richmond Station and more to dish on the best culinary offerings Toronto has ever seen.
