popera update

Lovers of all things arts + culture, we’re also strong advocates of the ninth commandment: loving thy neighbour. That’s why Drake One Fifty and our musical minstrel neighbours around the corner, The Canadian Opera Company, are teaming up once again to add a little melodrama to your meal… in the best kind of way!

This spring, we’ll be collaborating on several opera-themed events in harmony with the COC’s new productions, including post-opera parties, pop-up performances, and ticket giveaways at our Financial (and Cultural) District outpost. On March 21, join us for our first act of the season: a pop-up opera! With a live vocal performance by COC Ensemble Studio members, Charlotte Burrage and Clarence Frazer, accompanied by pianist Jennifer Szeto, and finally followed by a delicious three-course dinner, our pop-up opera will give you the chance to see, hear, and taste the excitement!
Enjoy the performance + dinner for $50. Just want to check out the show? $15 gets you in the door.

If you’re checking out a show, make sure to stop in for a pre or post performance bite to use all of your senses! We've even got a well seasoned + wonderfully composed menu for that. Maybe you’ll even get a chance to dine with some of your favourite COC ensemble studio members – working out those vocal chords can build up quite the appetite.

Book your spot by calling 416.363.6150 or emailing us at Stay tuned for more information on our upcoming DOF X COC duets!
