The Drake One Fifty culinary team, headed up by Jon Pong (chef de cuisine) and Anthony Law (executive sous chef) have pulled out all the stops for a gourmet Valentine's Day. Woo friends and loved ones alike with our indulgent, four course prix fixe dinner for $80 per person, which includes a glass of bubbles to set the mood. We'll help you score major points this February 14. (And if you can't make it out on Saturday night, this menu is available by request on February 13 as well, pre-booking required.)

Spicy chorizo + clam pinxto

Walnut toast w/ foie gras ganache


FIRST:

Drake Seafood Platter for Two

Shrimp, oysters, albacore ceviche

House made condiments


SECOND:

Lobster Ravioli

Riesling beurre blanc lobster stuffed house-made pasta + sauce vierge


Rose wine + sorrel granita


THIRD:

Duck Breast

Pan roasted duck magret, foie gras torchon, bok choy, slow roasted carrots + duck fat bordelaise sauce

OR

Black Cod

Hazelnut gremolata, potatoes, hen of the woods mushrooms, capers & olives


DESSERT:

Dark chocolate, passion fruit, panna cotta + crispy meringue

Mignardises: Pate de fruit, cream stuffed choux + truffle
