Our pastry chef Christine Fancy really knows her stuff. Toronto Life recently got in touch with her to showcase some of the delicious desserts she's been crafting for the Drake and chose her ice cream as one of the top ten in Toronto. We're so proud to be included in the list that we wanted to show it off to all of you! Her creation is a medley of house made sorbet, fresh panna cotta, and tart key lime curd. To top it all off, she incorporated fresh cucumber, blueberries, honeydew, green apple and toasted almonds. We're getting hungry just looking at it!
