Update from the County

Posted by Drake, March 31, 2014

We're making progress on our new Wellington outpost, and as you can expect, we're also counting down the days until we're ready to proudly welcome guests at our beautiful, historic County location. We've spent a good deal of time over the last winter talking about what you can expect, because we're pretty excited. But as we inch closer and closer to the finishing touches, we figured a photo or three of the real deal couldn't hurt, either.

Can you feel your stomach rumbling with anticipation yet? The restaurant, bar and deck will host our seasonal menus, featuring PEC farm and lake-to-table dining. We're talking fresh and local, bringing you the best from the County—which, if you know the County, is saying a lot. Our kitchen will serve classic dishes with a Drake twist, accompanied by our inventive cocktail program, PEC wines, and more.

Whether you’re warming up with a winter cocktail by one of our fireplaces, or enjoying your morning cup of Drake brew on our patio, you’ll feel right at home. Think of us as your rustic, well-cultured fireside cabin retreat, a place where the Group of Seven might have felt at home with some wine, a sketchbook, and good conversation. After all, you deserve nothing less than the best we can give you.

We can't wait to welcome you at our little slice of Queen West in the County!
