Oh yeah, it's that time of year again. Winterlicious returns to The Drake Hotel from January 31 to February 14.
Not that we want to leave your tastebuds going completely insane with anticipation, but we just received the menus for this winter exposition of all things food, too. For those two weeks, the kitchen at The Drake Hotel will be a flurry of culinary genius, thanks to Executive Chef Ted Corrado's artisan-like flair. Appetizers like grizzly feast hand rolls and main courses like our Ontario bavette steak, topped with sauteed wild mushrooms and charred cipollini onions, will be warming up the darkest, chilliest months of winter. And, of course, there's our carefully-selected wine list bringing reds from Niagara and whites from New Zealand.
